Bugs Fixed

• Author Workbench - JupyterLab autosaving is not working

• Author Workbench - Review comments' max length is limited to 1000 characters

  When reviewing guided projects and courses editors were limited to 1000 characters for their comments. The max character count has been increased to 2500 characters with a character counter to indicate their limits.
