- Guided project authors don't need to use SN Studio in order to publish simple projects on SN Catalog
- Author can configure project/course description

- Users can now request portals through an easy to use web interface
- Portal manager - Users are able to see & track the progress of their portal requests
- As an author, I am able to mark a project as test project
- Authors can now connect their Author Workbench account to the IBM Cloud
- Users can request meetings with the Skills Network team through Portal Manager
- Users can create Portal Manager accounts using email and password
